Buying Products through Active Accessories

Active Accessories tries to display all pricing and stock availability as accurately as possible, despite our tight control on this, a small number of products on our site may have been mispriced and/or have inaccurate stock availability information showing. Prices of products can change at any time before you place your order. If a price becomes higher than stated in your order then you will be informed and ultimately decided whether or not you want to continue with the purchase.

If any goods are out of stock when an order is placed, we will notify you by email or phone, at which time you can cancel your order. If an item is out of stock then an immediate order will be despatched once the item has return into stock. We will provide an estimated date of when the stock will next be available and delivered, however these estimates are based on several factors that are out of our control and should only be taken as rough estimates.

Returning Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your goods arrive faulty or become faulty within 28 days you can return them to Active Accessories for repair/replacement. If after 28 days and still within the manufactures warranty all faulty will have to be returned to the manufacturer. Manufacturers contact details can be provided by Active Accessories.

In order to return your faulty goods please download and complete our RMA form (click here). Once this has been completed please attach the form and send to returns@activeaccessories.co.uk.

Please return your faulty goods once you have been issued with a RMA reference number. Please include a printed copy of the RMA form and reference number provided to ensure we can process your return without any delay. A pre paid postage stamp will be provided with the returns notification email. All returned items must be securely packaged as activeaccessories will not be held responsible for any goods damaged in transit.

Faulty goods should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and manuals. A refund or replacement will only be supplied once we have tested the item and the fault has been found. If in the case that a fault cannot be found or the item has been tampered with, then we will return the item to you.

Returns and replacements will be processed as quickly as possible, replacements will usually be sent out with 3 working days of the faulty items being return. If an item is out of stock then an immediate order will be shipped once the item has return into stock.

Returning Unwanted Goods

You can return any unwanted items within 14 calendar days of the date of receiving your order. You will have to cover the postal costs for any unwanted items. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service that provides insurance for any lost or damaged items, as we are not responsible for any items until they have been return. All unwanted items returned must be in a brand new/re-saleable condition with original packaging. If an item is not returned in a brand new condition then the product may be returned to you or a 20% re-stocking fee will apply. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note we cannot refund, replace or exchange any items if the packaging/seal has been opened or broken. This applies for all products containing software.

A refund will only be processed after the goods have been inspected. All refunds will be refunded back to the payment method you used for the original order.

Please send your returns in by post only once you have received an RMA confirmation from Active Accessories- please note that we strongly advise you to use a secure signed for service, for example Royal Mail Special Delivery, and that the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.

Track or Report a Late Delivery

If you wish to track your order or if you have received a shipping confirmation email and your parcel has not arrived when you expected, please contact trackorder@activeaccessoires.co.uk.

Cancel an Order

If you wish to cancel order please send an email quoting your order reference and reason for cancelling to cancelorder@activeaccessories.co.uk.

*Orders cannot be cancelled once the goods have been despatched.
